Paper-backed PU film adhesive tape is a commonly used basic substrate in the medical dressing industry. With excellent comprehensive performance, it is widely applied in various wound fixation, intravenous needle film application, catheter fixation, and medical beauty protection film production. The product has a PU film as the surface layer, combined with a release paper backing, which is convenient for die-cutting, slicing and automated processing, and is suitable for large-scale production.

Introduction:

The paper-backed PU film adhesive tape is composed of an outer base material layer, a film layer and a protective layer. The outer base material layer is 120g kraft paper or double-silicone grahing paper. The film layer is made up of PU film and medical acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. The protective layer is 80g release paper.

Application:

Primarily used for the combination fixation of indwelling needle stickers; it can also be used for the body surface fixation of infusion tubes and various medical pipelines, and is also applicable for the application and fixation of wound dressings, medical electrodes, and disposable medical sensors.
