The company has obtained ISO13485 certification for the medical device quality management system.

The company's R&D team is dedicated to developing hydrocolloid dressings, medical breathable backing tapes, silicone-like tapes, gel-mixed dressings, health care ointment patches, medical silicone products, and various functional wound dressings. The R&D team is led by R&D engineers and consists of team members, responsible for developing new technologies and products, converting customers' design concepts into practical products. From product concept to commercialization, we achieve these goals through close collaboration with customers and the formation of cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams. Our factory has manufacturing capabilities, including mixing, tape coating, cutting, packaging, and custom release film development. These capabilities ensure the satisfaction of key customer specification requirements and facilitate the rapid commercialization of products.

High-performance membrane stripping laboratory

It is used to develop and test the post-coating weight, stripping performance and precipitated substances of high-form coatings, which usually play a crucial role in determining the final product performance.

Mixing and coating laboratory

The existing adhesives are combined and coated onto the substrate, dried under industrial conditions, to meet the performance requirements of the product. Physical and analytical tests are conducted on the product prototype, and then submitted to the customer for evaluation.

Cleanroom laboratory

Equipped with high filtration systems and control measures for the use of dedicated clothing. This laboratory can provide a particle-free environment for coating-sensitive materials.

Physical testing laboratory

Various performance tests are carried out on adhesives and tape constructions developed in the laboratory or at the manufacturing plant. Common tests include peel adhesion, shear performance, tack and release liner peeling tests, plus any other tests needed to meet customer design requirements.

Tests conducted on raw materials, work-in-progress and finished sheet products

Our on-site quality assurance, quality control and analytical laboratories ensure the quality of products at multiple stages of the manufacturing process. We will evaluate incoming raw materials and components, and ensure complete traceability at each stage when receiving them.
